I'm David from unit #213. I created this forum to hopefully keep those in our complex in communication with one another and to have more transparency to what is going on within the complex.

Armine asked if I would include the CC&R's since I scanned them to PDF.  I do not see a way to attach a PDF document.  Please inform.  Alternatively, if you are the only one with access to attach, please provide an email address and I'll email it to you.
